If accurate, this is not a dispute over curriculum but over who holds authority over a child — the parents God has charged with their upbringing, or school administrators acting without their knowledge. Scripture places responsibility for a child's formation squarely on parents, not the state. When a public institution deliberately withholds a child's gender transition from the very people accountable for that child before God, it is substituting bureaucratic judgment for parental authority and defying binding legal precedent in the process. Christian parents should treat this as confirmation that some districts view transparency with families as optional rather than required.
