Texas Senate Race Pits Rival Theologies: Paxton's Orthodoxy vs. Talarico's Progressivism
If this is your mountain
- Read primary-source transcripts or full video of candidates' religious statements rather than relying on campaign clips or opposing summaries.
- Compare each candidate's theological claims directly against Scripture rather than accepting either side's self-description as "Christian."
- If you attend a church or ministry that comments on this race, ask leadership what doctrinal standard they used to evaluate either candidate's claims.
- Track how your local school district or state legislature is applying the Ten Commandments classroom law referenced in this race.
The answers are for members
Each of these has been researched: what the public record already answers, and for the rest, the exact question to put to your own district or council — worded so it has to be answered with a date and a recorded vote.
