Contractor Alleges Migrant Children Were Returned to Traffickers Under Biden
A former government contractor has gone on record alleging that migrant children placed under a Biden-administration program were sometimes handed over to traffickers rather than family members. Tarek "Joey" Kadourah, who supervised roughly 60 agents for contractor MVM at a San Diego site starting in March 2021, told Lara Logan's show Going Rogue that he was hired believing he was reuniting trafficked children with relatives, but within a week saw adults without proof of family ties, forged-looking paperwork, and pickups by people with visible gang tattoos. He said supervisors told him the adults had been "vetted" and to keep quiet. Kadourah described about 1,500 children held for months at a converted San Diego stadium, staff required to sign non-disclosure agreements, and a rule against contacting local police. He later repeated the account on the record to the Daily Signal. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has since launched a verification initiative saying roughly 450,000 unaccompanied children were placed with unvetted sponsors under the prior administration, with more than 24,400 located so far.

Why Bible-Believing Christians Should Care
Scripture treats harm to children with singular seriousness, and a government program meant to protect vulnerable minors allegedly instead funneled them to traffickers while staff were silenced with non-disclosure agreements and warnings against contacting police. Whether or not every detail is ultimately confirmed, the core allegation — that federal contractors were told to stay quiet rather than report suspected trafficking — demands scrutiny regardless of political affiliation. Christians who care about the sanctity and protection of innocent life should press for full accountability, support independent verification of child welfare claims, and resist the instinct to dismiss whistleblower testimony simply because it is politically inconvenient. Government exists under God to restrain evil and protect the vulnerable; when that function fails this badly, believers have a duty to demand transparency.
But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea. — Matthew 18:6

From the book
Paul defines the divinely ordained function of the state: "For the one in authority is God's servant for your good. But if you do wrong, be afraid, for rulers do not bear the sword for no reason. They are God's servants, agents of wrath to bring punishment on the wrongdoer" (Romans 13:4). Government exists to restrain evil and to praise good. When the state begins praising evil and punishing good, it is in rebellion against its own design. Christians engage politics to call the state back to its specific, limited jurisdiction.
