Refund Policy

The Capture Diagnostic Field Kit ($37)
If the kit isn’t useful to you, reply to your delivery email within 30 days of purchase and you’ll receive a full refund. You don’t need to give a reason, and you keep the download. We’d rather refund an honest reader than argue with one.
Founding Membership ($197/year, pre-sale)
Because this is a pre-sale, the refund promise is stronger than usual:
• Any time before launch: full refund on request, for any reason. One reply to any email is sufficient.
• If the stated launch (month 4) slips materially: full refund without argument — you will not have to chase us; we will offer it.
• After launch: if the membership isn’t what was promised, request a refund within 30 days of launch for the full amount. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
How refunds are processed
Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days of approval. To request one, reply to any of our emails or write info@williamagreen.com with the email address you purchased under.
