Speaking to The Christian Post, Johnson, a former Planned Parenthood director turned pro-life activist, said she supports mental-health care for postpartum mothers but insists Clancy must still be held accountable: “Lindsay Clancy is guilty of murder.” Clancy has pleaded not guilty, with her defense citing postpartum psychosis; prosecutors argue the killings were planned. Roughly 300 supporters rallied outside the Plymouth courthouse earlier in the trial, some reciting the Lord’s Prayer.
