This sphere is the primary steward of moral authority. It encompasses not only local congregations but denominations, seminaries, para-church organizations, and the theological training systems that produce leadership. When this mountain is captured or neutralized, a culture loses its transcendent anchor. The battle here is over the definition of morality itself — whether it is revealed by God or constructed by social consensus.

The Threat: How This Mountain Is Under Attack

The tactics deployed against the church include the redefinition of biblical terms, the weaponization of inclusion language to silence orthodox voices, and the systematic infiltration of seminaries with progressive theology. Rule 4 — "Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules" — is applied to paralyze churches that emphasize grace, weaponizing their commitment to love and tolerance against doctrinal integrity.

The Biblical Counter-Strategy

The Counter-Rule is doctrinal clarity paired with institutional resilience. Churches must teach discernment, not just devotion. Leaders must understand the tactics being used against them and train their congregations to recognize pressure campaigns. The 2 Timothy 2:2 model — faithful people entrusted with truth to pass to the next generation — is the structural antidote to institutional capture.
